Loyal readers, thank you for your interest and the support you have shown to date. Without you there isn’t a blog.

First the news.

After many, many years as a salaried employee in the ad agency business I have ventured out on my own. I formed JTH Consulting and will focus my efforts on helping companies sort through the many changes in marketing communication that exist today. In addition, I will be pursuing my passion for customer relationship marketing.

Now the favor.
